Do you offer free consultations?
No, we do not offer free consultations.
How do your fees work?
We try to provide flat fees for many of our trademark services. In some cases, a retainer service works better due to the unknown challenges of the project.
Do you accept online payment?
We accept all major credit cards and also offer e-check for direct debit. You can pay your invoice right inside your client portal.
What is your hourly rate?
We have a sliding scale hourly fee starting at $450 depending on the complexity of the work.
Do we need to meet in person?
We regularly help our clients over the phone or by e-mail. Many of today’s transactions can be done online including signing.
Do you provide detailed invoices?
We provide all of our clients a detailed invoice of how we spent our time on each matter. We identify each activity and record our time in 6-minute increments.
